How It Works
- Place your order and provide your hotel name and room number.
- Our team prepares your order and coordinates with your hotel's front desk or bell desk.
- You receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is delivered.
Important Notes
- A valid hotel name and room number are required for all deliveries.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the package with the hotel's security checkpoint.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays (Semana Santa, Christmas, Spring Break) due to high demand.
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM may be delivered the following morning.
