We deliver to hotels and resorts in:

  • Cancún Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera)
  • Downtown Cancún (Centro)

How It Works

  1. Place your order and provide your hotel name and room number.
  2. Our team prepares your order and coordinates with your hotel's front desk or bell desk.
  3. You receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is delivered.

Important Notes

  • A valid hotel name and room number are required for all deliveries.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the package with the hotel's security checkpoint.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays (Semana Santa, Christmas, Spring Break) due to high demand.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM may be delivered the following morning.
